I imagine a grounding energy that comes from the earth itself, entering the body through the feet. Inhaling and exhaling I visualize the energy moving into my heart.
I imagine the expansive sky energy flowing through my crown towards my heart, mingling with the energy of the earth – a perfect blend of the physical and divine.
I feel light spreading through my being, I connect with my inner wisdom, my “True Self”*.
I contemplate the Reiki precepts: “Just for today: Do not anger, do not worry, be humble, be honest, be compassionate.” I place the palms of my hands together in Gassho**.
